1.Brief introduction of tofu/soy milk machine

Use the steps:
1. First ,soak beans, ratio of beans and water is 1:12. About soak time, it take 6 ~ 8 hours
in summer and 8 to 10 hours in winter.
2. After beans soak well, connected to the power supply, connected pipe (pipe type
should choose 20 mm tasteless, non-toxic).

3. Put soak beans into funnel, open the switch of water, add water and grinding at the
same time, soya-bean milk into the pulp raw basin, bean dregs into slag bucket, then
grinding bean dregs 2 to 3 times. Grinding Pulp and at the same time open the heating
tube, heating the water in the boiler.
4.When saw a steam in boiled pulp barrels, turn on switch of absorb pulp that
soya-bean milk in raw pulping bucket is absorbed into boiled pulp barrels, then heat it.
Continue to cook for 4 minutes after soya-bean milk boil (Put defoaming agent when boil
soy-bean milk, eliminate the bubbles soya-bean milk production and cooking).
5. The cooked soybean milk through the exit is filled into the heat insulation barrels. If
making tofu, can add the corresponding materials, produce of colorized tofu, can also
add natural vegetable juice accessories.(also can be directly sell cooked soybean milk)
