Palm oil trees will be in dield for more than 25 years.
Each Palm yields around 150kg(10 Bunches×15kg of FFB per year or Equivalent to 3 tons over 20 year).
The first harvest will be after 4th year of planting
The recommended spacing is 8.8m(29feet) triangular
This spacing allows a density of approximate 148 palm trees per hectare(60 palms/Acre).

FFB transported by scraper conveyer, fall into sterilizing tank, to make FFB soften, so that we can get more oil yield. sterilizing time is about 90~120mins, temperature 130~145℃.

After sterilizing, palm fruit bunch transported to thresher, separate palm fruit and empty fruit bunch.

After crushing and digesting, the maxture of palm fruit and palm nut fall into palm oil presser.

Crude palm oil need to refining, after filling, then you can sell refined oil to supermarket or export.
