5 Process Description of sunflower oil refinery plant
According to the specific requirement of sunflower oil quality and more than 30 years experience in refining sunflower oil, we adopts the following refining process, which is more efficient and low consumption. This refinery process has been apply to many project. The truth prove it reliable.
Neutralization-------- decoloration---------winterization----deodorization
Advantage :
1. The Oil temperature is not different between neutralized oil and decolored oil. Through appropriate arrangement, can achieve the maximum heat recovery.Because of winterization ,dewaxing occurred after alkali refining and bleaching, therefore, winterization ,dewaxing process and the subsequent filter can be effectively controlled.
2. The final section for deodorization, high temperature processing products, meet the food hygiene and safety, no residue.
3. The products can be reliably.
