1.When oil press is on work, material enters the extruding chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards by the rotating pressing screw and is pressed.
2.Under high temperature condition in the chamber, there is quite strong friction among press screw, chamber and the oil materials.

7.Main factors affecting the oil yield of our oil press machine with generator:

a.The key factor of affecting oil yield is oilseed moisture, the oilseed moisture content will influence the oil yield directly, If user has no testing equipment.

b.Thickness of discharged cake will reflect the press barrel pressure. If the cake is thick, it means the pressure is small; If the cake is thin, it means the pressure is high. Generally, it is similar as the tightness of pressure ring, which means if oilseed contains less oil, then the pressure should be high, the cake will be thin, and the pressure ring should be impacted (impact with gland nut), if oilseed contains lot of oil, the barrel pressure should be small, the cake will be thick, and the pressure ring should be loose.
