Mainly station in the palm oil extraction line:
Reception station:
It is used to receipt the palm fruit bunch, and then transport the bunch to the sterilizing tank.The reception adopts hydraulic control system,realizing the automatic operation,which reduces the labor needed a lot.
Sterilization station:
The sterilizer works with direct steam, the steam can weaken the activity of the enzyme, prevent it getting rancid, ensure the good quality of the crude oil. At the same time, it is good for the following treshing processing. We have designed both horizontal and vertical sterilizer, for larger and smaller line.
Threshing station:
The rotating of the drum in the tresher can separate the fruit from the bunch. The fruit will be conveyed to the digester through elevator, and the empty bunch will be conveyed to the outside part through scraper conveyor. The spindle adopts once forging technology, which can make the equipment more solider and durable. At the same time, we have already designed the non spindle tresher, which is driven by the link chain. It can save the producing cost in a large scale.
Pressing station:
Inside if sterilizer, there are some baffle and stirring arm, under the drive of top motor. Baffles break off the palm fruit, the heat palm fruit pulp. So that can press oil easily. Get higher oil yield. Meanwhile there is directly steam inlet digester, to adjust material moisture.
Clarification station:
Using the latest technology, under the condition of ensuring the good quality of the oil, reduce the equipment cost as much as possible, reduce the loss of the oil, in the practical producing ,the new technology can make the loss of oil less than 1.3%.

Deodorization tower:
Vacuum stripping deodorization: The peculiar smell impurity and oil have different volatility. Under the condition of high temperature and high vacuum, let the peculiar smell impurity stripping with steam to deodorization.
Bleaching tower:
This part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours. NAOH solution, not only neutral free fatty acid, also can act with other matters like protein, mucus, phospholipid, pigment. After settling, release the soapstock from the tank bottom. Adding hot water to rinse, remove off the leftover lye , soap and some unhydrated phospholipid in the oil. Finally pumping out soapstock from the tank bottom.
Semi-continuous refinery:
Its called bleaching,dewatering pot, its used to remove water from oil by vacuum. The bleaching earth is breathed into bleaching pot, after stirring; the bleaching earth is filtrated by filter, so the color of the oil is changed.
Degumming:
This is the most important section of hydrate de-gumming, manage the adding water (there is a little P-acid in the water) amount, temperature and add water speed, usually water adding amount is about 3 times of phospholipid content, that is 3-10% oil weight, water temp needs to be higher than oil temp.
