Drum frying pan is mainly used for oil press oil.For example: cottonseed, peanut, soybean, palm, sunflower seeds, and other crops, which are processed by a drum frying pan, can improve the processing capacity and oil discharge rate of oil press.
Operations of sesame seeds roasting machine
Peanut kernel: the oil press can effectively improve the oil yield by frying it with a drum.
Sunflower: the raw material should be selected first, the raw water is soaked before stir-fry, medium heat stir-fry the seeds.After firing it, press it in the oil mill.
Sesame: before entering the oil press, the raw material will fry the seeds in a good coffee color. (the skin will be squeezed open with the hands of the kernel.).
Rapeseed: first stir-fry until the rapeseed is hot, then the explosion, then stir fry until the rapeseed is pinched brown.
Cotton seed: stir-fry the oil until light yellow before pressing.
Operation method: before stir-fry, the peanut kernel is wetted a time, stir-fry the seeds in the process, the kernel stir-fry to the eight mature, with the hand knead, achieve the kernel, the skin separation, the kernel is yellowish.
