The FFB of palm oil machine gets into the factory through the weighbridge to weight the raw materials to calculate the production cost. Palm bunch reception process is finished at loading ramp. This loading ramp makes palm fruit unloading, cleaning, storage platforms, adopting all hydraulic segmented discharge.

Sterilizing Station Of Palm Kernel Oil Refining Machine

The FFB of palm oil processing machine are discharged into the loading ramp, then transported to sterilizer for sterilization. It uses high temperature to softening the fruit and kill the bacteria, this will increase the moisture content of fruit and separate the fruits easily, so finally it will easy to get oil and separate palm kernel, also avoid the raising of free fatty acid. From picking to sterilization, the time shall not over 24 hours.

In the sterilizing process of palm oil mill, the palm fruits are softening, through the threshing and screening of thresher to separate the palm fruits and empty fruit bunches(EFB).

Transport the palm fruits to the digester to mixed and cooked again to separate the palm pulp and nut, then use double screw hydraulic presser to get crude palm oil, which improved the production efficiency greatly.

Kernel Recovery System Of Palm Kernel Oil Refining Machine

The pressed palm fiber cake gets into the cake breaker then get into the winnowing system to separate the fiber and nut. Then nut will be crushed to get shell and kernel. Through winnowing system and washing system to separate the shell and kernel. The shell can be used as fuel for boiler, the kernel will be dried for storage.

Clarification Station Of Palm Kernel Oil Refining Machine
The pressed CPO of palm oil mill has some water(about 45%-55%) and other impurities, we need to clarify the CPO into dirty oil and clean oil. The clean oil will be dried then transported to crude oil tank, while the dirty oil will through centrifuge for recovery.

Refinery process of palm oil mainly includes the following sections.

♦ Degumming Section: This is the most important section of hydrate degumming, manage the adding water (there is a little acid in the water) amount, temperature and add water speed, usually water adding amount is about 3 times of phospholipid content, that is 3-10% oil weight, water temperature needs to be higher than oil temperature.

♦ Deacidification Section:This part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock, then separated from the oil by setting several hours.

♦ Decolorization Section: In normal situation , there is pigment in the crude oil , we need to using the active clay to absorb the pigment away, after 20 mins, we use the vibrating filter to filter the waste clay away.

♦ Deodorization Section: Usually ,there are some odors in the crude oil , it affects the quality of the edible oil. About our refining process , we usually use the direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition.

♦ Crystallization Section: Feedstock is heated and pumped to crystallizers. The oil is cooled according to a pre determined cooling profile by means of controlling the temperature of the cooling medium circulating in the cooling coils. The design of this cooling profile depends on the quality of feedstock and the quality of olein/stearin fractions required. This is to keep the oil homogenized with frequency mechanical agitation in the crystallizers. A typical cooling program lasts for a certain time, depending on the quality of feedstock and product. When the oil appears as a thick semi-solid mass (slurry) containing stearin crystals in liquid olein, it is ready for filtration. If the crystallization result is not desirable, the slurry can be circulated through the feed oil heater for re heating before being sent back to the feed oil tank for re-processing.
♦ Filtration Section: When crystallization is completed, the slurry is fed to the Membrane Filter Press for filtration. The operation includes filter feed, filtering, squeezing and cake releasing. When the chambers are full after cake forming, the pumping will stop and the membranes are inflated to squeeze dry the filter cakes. After which, the residual oil in the core is blown dry by compressed air. Thereafter, the filter is opened and the cake will drop into a stearin tank. The stearin cake is melted in this tank by steam coils before it is discharged to storage. Olein flows into the olein tank, and is pumped to the outer olein storage tank.
