Mini oil mill main process:

• 1. seed: It’s a new kind of oil seeds for human. The sunflower oil is good to health. There are two kinds of sunflower seeds. The oil content for the two kinds sunflower seeds is different. One is 28%, the other one is 45%.

  2. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the sunflower seed. The iron impurity will be harmful to the following machines, so we need take the iron impurities out.

  3. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from sunflower.

  4. Husking: This is the special machine for sunflower. It is used to move the shell of the sunflower seeds.

  5. Shell/nut separator: The function of this machine is to separate the shell and nut. Then the nut will go to the next step.

  5. Cooker: This machine can adjust the water content of the sunflower seed. It’s also good for the press and oil extraction section.

  6. Press: The press machine is used to take parts or all of the oil in the sunflower seed. We will design the suitable machine according to your requireme

Operating priciple:

When oil press operating, the prepared materials enter the pressing chamber from the hopper and then

move forwards by the rotating of pressing screw and is pressed under the high-pressure condition in the

chamber, friction between material and chamber will be created, which also created friction and relative

movement among material particles, on the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw carries larger from

one end to the other. hence, when rotating, it not only pushed particles moving forwards but also turns them

outwards as well, meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotation along with screw’ rotating, causing every

particle inside the chamber to possess different speed, therefore relative movement among particle creates

heat which is necessary during manufacturing. because of helping protein change property, damage colloid,

increase plasticity, decrease oil’s elasticity, resulting in high oil productivity.

Method of Flexible mini oil mill
Flexible mini oil mill production line includes two parts, one is pretreatment line, the other is oil seed press machine.

Pretreatment part is used for cleaning and adjusting texture of the materials ,Flexible mini oil mill can improve oil yield rate, reducing breakdown of the machines. General speaking, the pretreatment machines include Magnetic drum, Cleaning sieves, Sheller, Crusher, Flaking roll, Cooker, Softening pot , Puffing machine and so on. After pretreatment, the materials will be sent to oil expeller, then the crude oil got. Different materials have different pre-press methods.
