1. Sunflower Oil Production Line:

• It is necessary for shelling before pressing, so it could reduce the wax content of final oil, whcih is bad for human.

• Normally the oil pressing plant is composed of seeds cleaning & crushing unit, steaming and drying units, pressing unit, conveyor, electrical cabinet box, etc. The oil pressing unit as the main stage, to make the vegetable seeds flake in a hardened cage to squeeze oil content out. It's complete set of oil pressing equipment, which is automatically operated to save more labor and cost.
• Including to the following machinery and parts:
  Electrical apparatus control, materials feeder, conveyer, screening machine, steaming & frying machine, huller machine, medium boilor etc.
• The by-products from the oil press are cake and soap residue. The cake could be used as animal food with our pelleting machinery, or source material for the other way of extraction. Soap residue is the source material for laundry soap with soap making machinery and washing detergent.

Vacuum Evaporation Advantages during sunflower oil production:

1. Vacuum evaporation features high efficiency, thorough de-solvation and low solvent consumption in crude oil.

2. Use the second steam of desolventizer toaster and remaining steam from steam jet pump as the heat source of the first steam, which can save energy, reduce the condenser configuration area and save investment.

3. Due to the low temperature of the steam, the crude oil features light color, good quality and low residual solvent.

Complete Sunflower Oil Production Line/Plant production line includes two parts, one is pretreatment line, the other is oil seed press machine.

Pretreatment part is used for cleaning and adjusting texture of the materials ,Complete Sunflower Oil Production Line/Plant can improve oil yield rate, reducing breakdown of the machines. General speaking, the pretreatment machines include Magnetic drum, Cleaning sieves, Sheller, Crusher, Flaking roll, Cooker, Softening pot , Puffing machine and so on. After pretreatment, the materials will be sent to oil expeller, then the crude oil got. Different materials have different pre-press methods.
