Introduction

This corn grit machine is an integrated machine which combines corn white skin and germ removing, corn impurity cleaning, maize polishing, maize grit and maize powder making, grading.

Put the clean corn into the machine, first the white skin, germ and some black part will be removed, then after polish, the maize enter into the grinding chamber, after crushing, the maize get into grading part. Three kinds of corn product will come out that is two kinds of corn grit and one kind of corn flour. The size of the corn grit is adjustable.

Working principle of LD 2013 New Corn Flake Production Line
1 This frame oil filter is composed of filter plates, filter frames, oil pump and filter cloth, etc.
2 When the crude oil is pumped into the filtering machine, under the different pressure in and outside the machine, the crude oil go through the filtering cloth and come out from the pipr under the filter plate.
3 While the oil dregs remains on the surface of the filtering cloth, thus realizing the filtering process.

Packing & Loading:
1. All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2. If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in
Shandong Leader Machinery Co.,ltd. by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
