Technology process:

The raw materials --- conditioning ---oil extrusion machine---cooling---(packaging and measurement)---solvent extraction workshop--- refining workshop--final edible oil

Main steps of pretreatment process:

1. Magnetic box and cleaning screen

To move the impurities in the raw materials. This can help to protect the following machines.

2. Crushing

Crushing is necessary for soybean oil making, because the volume of soybean is a little big.

In order to improve the oil yield rate and protect the following machines, we need to crush big

seeds to small parts. If the raw material is small, we won't need the crushing.

3. Softening

This is the special step for soybean oil making. Soybean is becoming soft after this step, so

it is easier to flake cake and press.

4. Flaking roller

To make the groundnut into pieces with the thickness from 0.25-0.3 mm. This can help the seedsheating well-proportioned and soaking well in the extraction section.

5. Dryer and cooker

Before the raw materials entering the extraction section, we need to adjust the water rate by

dryer. In this process, the water and temperature help to get crude oil easily and improve the

quality of cake and oil. After the dryer and cooker under 105-110 °C, the water content is 5-8%.

6. Pressing or pre-pressing

If the capacity is small and without extraction section, usually we will use pressing to get

crude soybean oil.

Usually soybean oil making will not use press, because the oil rate is low of soybean After cooker, soybean will be direct to extraction and get crude soybean oil.

The processing plant /refinery equipment processes:

1.Decolour tank is for bleaching grease;

2.Deodorizing tank is for desdorizing grease(stainless steel);

3.Conducting oil furnace provide thermal enery need for production, the temperature reach to 280degree;

4.Vacuum pump provides vacuum for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more;

5.Air compreassor can dry the bleached clay;

6.Air press is for filter clay;

7.Steam generator can generate steam distillation required;

8.This kind of oil refining eLDupment make the oi reach the standard level national edible oil.

1 This frame oil filter is composed of filter plates, filter frames, oil pump and filter cloth, etc.
2 When the crude oil is pumped into the filtering machine, under the different pressure in and outside the machine, the crude oil go through the filtering cloth and come out from the pipr under the filter plate.
3 While the oil dregs remains on the surface of the filtering cloth, thus realizing the filtering process.

1. All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2. If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in
