1. Degumming :Usded to neutrilizing ,and water washing,to rid off the acid .
2. Deodorization:Used to rid off the fetid smell/odour of oil by steam understand of high temperature.
3. Soap feet vessel:Used to refine the oil sediment from oil refiner,to get some oil from oil sediment .
4. Hot & Alkali water tank:Used to produce hot water heated by the steams ,also alkali water from the alkali dis-voling tank,for adding into the oil refiner.
5. Alkali dis-voling tank :Used to produce the alkali water .
6. Steam separator:Separating the steam to oil refiner,de-colorer,deodorizer,hot water tank,etc.

Machinery description:

This equipment is in full stainless steel material with come unglued can, decoloring can and hoisting system. It has measuring equipment, automatic temperature control device, heat insulation device and material buffer device and its accessories. With this equipment, the crude oil can be degummed, deacidificated, dried and decolored.

Operation process:

a. Put the filtered crude oil into the come unglued can, and add the quxiliary material into the can, then heat up.

b. Start the stirring device, and enter into the refinery processes of degumming and deacidification, etc.

c. Dried oil is automatically hoist to decoloring can, then the whole process come to an end.

Treatment effect:

The refined oil is clear and transparent with its colour and lustre pleasant. There is no precipitation for long term storage, and no gas foaming and smole when used. This refined oil can reach national standard of cooking oil, and can be directly packaged selling in super markets.
