The purpose of crushing is to change big raw oilseeds materials into particles for convenience of further step flaking. Before flaking, oilseeds with big particle must be crushed, the purpose of crushing is make oilseed have certain particle size through crushing to meet flaking condition, also increasing superficial area after crushing, beneficial for adjusting temperature and moisture when softening, improve softening effect.Toothed roll crusher is common crusher, also hammer crusher.
