Crude oilâ Alkali refining ,deacidificationâWater washing âDecoloring â Deodorization â Finished oil.
Introduction of main devices:
Neutralizing pot: for refining with acid,for refining with acid,for refining with alkali and for water washing.
Decoloring pot: for bleaching fat and decoloring.
Deodorization pot: for getting rid of stink from fat.
Medium oil furnace: for providing heat that production needs.
Vacuum pump: for providing vacuum that decoloring and deodorization need.
Air compressor: for drying carclazyte decolored
Pressing filter:for leaching carclazyte.
Steamer:for providing steam that deodorization and distillation need.

Main Structure of 3~10T/D Refining machine:
This combined oil expeller is composed by four parts: feeder, press chamber, electrical control panel
and vacuum filter drum. The heating system is inside the press cage. The filtering drum is vacuum
filter with sight glass.
