Product Description

Solvent extracting is the core process for a complete Edible Oil Extraction Production Line, which uses organic solvent through soaking or spraying contact methods to extract oil from oilseeds. The materials (for pretreatment) are sent to rotary extraction by the scraper conveyor, extracted by the solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved. After this step, you will get meal and mixed oil. After that the meal is sent to the toaster, through which the solvent will separate from the meal. Then the solvent goes to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction. Consequently, after the solvent is completely evaporated and left with purified oil fats, the crude oil is gained.

Rotocel Extractor: By using the control system, in accordance with the production conditions, the seed oil extractor rotating speed and processing production can be adjusted timely; the chained transmission makes the equipment running safely and steadily; the extractor has a large volume so as to guarantee the possibility of the extra expansion in future; the extracting effect is improved by the raw material layer with a high position; the 18 cells design form is adopted to prevent the concentrated miscella reverse flowing into the blanking cells as it increases the transverse plate grid. Circulation solvent pumps are featured with low-lift, tight sealed, low energy consumption, low noise, steady running and so on.

Rotocel extractor is widely used at home and abroad, which is characterized by high material layer, high mixed oil concentration, less end meal in mixed oil, simple structure, stable operation, low fault rate, ease of maintenance, and so on. LD: Desolventizing is one of the important procedures in oil extaction plant, as the oil is not edible with the solvent mixed, after the wet meal loaded into the sealed spiral conveyer in the desolventizer-toaster, it gets indirect steam heating in each layer and stirred by stirring-blade, the wet meal is separated by an automatic door in the last layer.

The preheating and desolventizing are performed from the layer-1 to layer7 sequentially (Mainly depends on the capacity). When the meal is fully desolventized with the sprays of direct steam, it is then conveyed out of the oil solvent extraction plant.

Evaporation: The solvent evaporator helps separate solvent from the miscella in the oil extraction plant. The tubular tubes of the evaporator is made of stainless steel, so the tube has well flowing property with the smooth surface for evenly heat-exchange, and thus lengthens the service life of the equipments.
The micro-vacuum evaporation technology reduces the steam consumption and improves the color and quality of the crude oil.


Stripping: The stripping tower is one part of desolventizing equipment in the oil extraction plant, it is the combination of stripper and crude oil tank that has very strong desolventizing ability, the volatile of processed crude oil is greatly reduced to assure the safety of the refining process. It can avoid the unstable residual solvent content in crude oil with no short circuit phenomenon (vapor fluctuations).

Condensation: The tube condenser is commonly used machine that functions by realizing heat exchange in the vegetable oil extraction plant. It mainly includes the cooling of the solvent steam, solvent & water separation recovery and the recycling of the solvent in the exhaust gas.
Recycling of solvent helps reduce the solvent consumption and production cost, ensures the safety of the production and the quality of the products, two kinds of heat transfer medias can be used to complete counter-current exchanges.
