LD: Desolventizing is one of the important procedures in oil extaction plant, as the oil is not edible with the solvent mixed, after the wet meal loaded into the sealed spiral conveyer in the desolventizer-toaster, it gets indirect steam heating in each layer and stirred by stirring-blade, the wet meal is separated by an automatic door in the last layer.
The preheating and desolventizing are performed from the layer-1 to layer7 sequentially (Mainly depends on the capacity). When the meal is fully desolventized with the sprays of direct steam, it is then conveyed out of the oil solvent extraction plant.
Evaporation: The solvent evaporator helps separate solvent from the miscella in the oil extraction plant. The tubular tubes of the evaporator is made of stainless steel, so the tube has well flowing property with the smooth surface for evenly heat-exchange, and thus lengthens the service life of the equipments.
The micro-vacuum evaporation technology reduces the steam consumption and improves the color and quality of the crude oil.
Stripping: The stripping tower is one part of desolventizing equipment in the oil extraction plant, it is the combination of stripper and crude oil tank that has very strong desolventizing ability, the volatile of processed crude oil is greatly reduced to assure the safety of the refining process. It can avoid the unstable residual solvent content in crude oil with no short circuit phenomenon (vapor fluctuations).
Condensation: The tube condenser is commonly used machine that functions by realizing heat exchange in the vegetable oil extraction plant. It mainly includes the cooling of the solvent steam, solvent & water separation recovery and the recycling of the solvent in the exhaust gas.
