Edible oil extraction system is a kind of oil leaching through soaking or spraying pre-pressed cake by a certain organic solvent, which adopts the chemical leaching oil process. The principle of this part is the different solubility of solvent. Based on the competitive advantages in both structure and utilization, edible oil extraction technology has become the most advanced production technology in the international edible oil processing field.
Application Of Edible Oil Solvent Extraction Plant
Solvent extraction fits for pre-press extraction of high-oil-content materials like sesame seeds and second time extraction of oil cake produced by low-oil-content materials like soybeans.
Solvent extractor is a solid-liquid extraction oil equipment, its basic working principle is: oil materials which are rolled to flakes or buffered slip into exactor and achieve certain material layer height, at this time, solvent (6 # light gasoline) sprays the fuel through the spray pipe, and establish certain level on the material surface layer, at the same time, push oil plants forword uniformly and slowly through the chain scraping driving by tansmission device. Desolventizing is one of the important procedures in oil extaction plant, as the oil is not edible with the solvent mixed, after the wet meal loaded into the sealed spiral conveyer in the desolventizer-toaster, it gets indirect steam heating in each layer and stirred by stirring-blade, the wet meal is separated by an automatic door in the last layer.
The preheating and desolventizing are performed from the layer-1 to layer7 sequentially. When the meal is fully desolventized with the sprays of direct steam, it is then conveyed out of the oil solvent extraction plant.
Stripping tower is one part of desolventizing equipment in the oil extraction plant, it is the combination of stripper and crude oil tank that has very strong desolventizing ability, the volatile of processed crude oil is greatly reduced to assure the safety of the refining process. It can avoid the unstable residual solvent content in crude oil with no short circuit phenomenon (vapor fluctuations).
