PRODUCT PROCESS OF OIL PALM MILL MACHINERY
1.Palm fruit reception:Transport FFB to reception station,fresh palm fruit bunch will be loaded on a slope, flow to the scraper conveyer, there are some cages to receive the palm fruits,conveyed to sterilizing station.\
2.Sterilizing station :FFB transported by scraper conveyer fall into sterilizing tank, make FFB soft,get more oil yield. sterilizing time 90~120mins, temperature 130~145ðC
Palm fruit bunch are airtight sterilized in sterilizer. The purpose is to prevent enzymes broken down, avoiding FFA content in oil further increase; easy threshing machinery; pretreatment peel, prepared for the follow-up processing; pre-conditioning stone, reducing the damage kernel.
3.Threshing station: After sterilizing, fruit bunch transported to thresh machine, separate palm fruit and empty fruit bunch.The purpose of threshing is to separate oil palm fruit from the fruit bunch through strong vibration,threshing equipment is revolving drum thresher.
The separated oil palm fruit is ejected then into the pressing section. Empty fruit bunch be ejected to the yard from the other side of the revolving drum, or shipped out from the plant as palm orchards slipcover to recycling use, or burning in the locale as fertilizer for agricultural land.
4.Digesting station:Before press palm fruit, should be crushed separated pulp and kernel.
5.Pressing station:After crushing and digesting, the maxture of palm fruit and kernel fall into special palm oil presser.
Oil palm fruit pressed is divided into two parts: oil, water, solid impurities mixture and the press cake (fiber and nuclear). Oil, water, solid impurities mixture by the crude oil gutter inflow to oil purificationsection; press cake by breaking screw conveyor into the fiber- recovery section.
6.Clarification station:Machine-pressed crude oil first diluted with water washing, the fiber material removed from the oil through settlement and filtration, and then carry out continuous settlement, the whole divided into two parts: oil and sediment.
Through centrifugal separation and vacuum drying, oil is pumped into the storage tank for storing; oil sediment by filtration and dirt oil separation, oil proceeds second settlement, dirty oil miture proceeds clarification separation, skim oil then be carried out a second settlement, sewage pumps to sewage treatment pond for dealing.
7.Fiber separation station:Press cake broken by breaking screw conveyor and then transported into the fiber separation air net and fiber polishing roller for fiber separating. The separated fiber material is sent to the boiler room as fuel; the separated stone is transported to stone warehouse by pneumatic conveying system for temporary storage.
8.Kernel recovery station: The stone needs intenerate tempering before being broken, the intenerating stone be divided into two or more petal by corrugated crusher, kernel was released. The broken miture enters into broken miture separation system; separation system adopts two stage separation and water separation.
After separation, shell is sent to the warehouse for temporary storage, as boiler room fuel when necessary; the moisture content of separation kernel falls to below 7% through the hot air to dry. Dried kernel is sent to kernel storage warehouse for storing.
9.Sewage treatment section: The waste water has high organic matter content, biochemical oygen demand BOD is about 25000ppm, required by qualified deal before emissions. Pool sewage treatment system is the most used and effective treatment. This treatment system is cost-effective, only needs adequate space, less investment costs.
Palm oil refinery process of oil palm mill machinery:
1.Degumming
This is the most important section of hydrate de-gumming, manage the adding water (there is a little P-acid in the water) amount, temperature and add water speed, usually water adding amount is about 3 times of phospholipid content, that is 3-10% oil weight, water temp needs to be higher than oil temp.
2.Deacidification
This part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours. NAOH solution, not only neutral free fatty acid, also can act with other matters like protein, mucus, phospholipid, pigment. After settling, release the soapstock from the tank bottom. Adding hot water to rinse, remove off the leftover lye , soap and some unhydrated phospholipid in the oil. Finally pumping out soapstock from the tank bottom
3.Decolorization
In normal situation , there is pigment in the crude oil , we need to using the active clay to absorb the pigment away , after 20 mins , we use the vibrating filter to filter the waste clay away . If you want to get light color oil , you need to add more active clay . That is mean , the customer can accord to his requirement to control the oil color. This process is carried out under the vacuum condition.
4.Fractionation
