Technology Process

Raw material degerming––screening–Magnetic separation-softening–Rolling embryos–frying–pressing–filtering–refining–edible oil

(1).Clearing equipment .

(2). Flake equipment

To make the corn seed into pieces between the thickness 0.3 – 0.35 mm , so it’s

well-proportioned by heating, also for the soaking process .

(3).Steaming and drying process.

The process is to Add the hot water into the seeds crushed/flaked to moist ,to add

steams for steaming the seeds, to dry the seeds for ridding off more water content .

In the process, with the water and temperature to make the protein of seeds change the

character , make the oil moleculeo loose for easily

pressing to get crude oil,also get the better cake and oil .

Moisture content :5– 10 %; temperature : 105 – 110 degrees ; Requiring Time : 40mins .

(4). Pre-pressing process

The process is to press the seeds and get the crude oil .

Requiring water content : 3.5- 4.2 % ;

Temperature 105 – 110 degrees ;

Residue oil of cake :6% orso .

(5).Filtering oil

Firstly to fit the rude oil with oil-dreg sieves, then use oil filter for clear the small dregs

The oil cleared is pumped into oil tank or oil refining.

1. Acid reaction process

2. Neutralization process

Oil soapstock of the separated (or foot) feet into the oil tank, and then to the salting out with soap pump tank isolated part of the oil.

3. Washing process
Neutral oil from separator, still contains about 500 ppm soap, in order to reduce the residual content of soap, oil is joined by about 10% of hot water, washed in the washing mixer, hot water will absorb oil soap and other impurities, then in the water separator are separated.
