3.Reception station of palm oil process plant :

The FFB bunch be transported to plant by truck, after be weighted by weighting bridge(30T), the FFB will be loaded down to FFB Loading Ramp.

The iron door of unloading ramp is controlled by hydraulic device, Get the power from Hydraulic pump station. Start on the hydraulic device, iron door be lifted. FFB will fall down to the Palm Fruit screw conveyor, be transported to pre-treatment plant, to Vertical sterilizer.

4. Sterilizing process of palm oil process plant :

2.1 By Scraper Conveyor, FFB be transported to the top of sterilizing tank. Falling into sterilizing tank from feed inlet.

2.2 Sterilizing tank: Adopt vertical type sterilizer, WeLDd up by Q235B material (Chemical composition:C0.12~0.2%,Si0.12~0.3%,Mm0.3~0.7%,P
2.3 After FFB be transported into sterilizing tank (202), close the door of sterilizing tank, and open the vent valve behind the tank, saturating steam, which pressure is 3bar and temperature is around 130℃. After all cool air been discharged out, close vent valve, proceed to sterilizing section. Sterilizing time is 90~120minutes.

2.4 The sterilizing time also should be depend on the kind and quality of FFB, if the pressure is too high or the time is too long, palm fruit will be rot, also Resulting in the loss of oil, high temperature can change palm color.

2.5 Finish sterilizing process, close the steam valve, open the valve lead to Blow-off/down Silencer. Open the sterilizing tank door(FFB outlet) after discharges out all steam and water.

2.6 Open the sterilizing tank door, sterilized FFB will fall on the FFB Scraper conveyor. Be transported to next station.

5. Threshing station of palm oil process plant :

The sterilized FFB will be transport to thresher platform by scraper conveyor.

After sterilizing the fresh palm fruit bunch will be soft, and the bunch and fruit will be separate easily.

Sterilized FFB be twisted and knocked in thresher. Palm fruit will be separated from empty bunch totally, fall on Fruit Scraper conveyor though fence, the empty bunch will be transported to Bunch Temporary tank by Bunch Scraper conveyor.

6. Press station of palm oil process plant :

4.1.1 The palm fruit is transported to Crush tank by fruit elevator.

4.1.2 The fruit in crush tank will be heated to 90~95℃(by indirect steam), crush time is 10~20 minutes.

4.1.3 The pounded fruit flow into Palm fruit oil presser to press. Oil press cone can control cylinder, working pressure is 50~70bar, revolving speed of presser main shaft is 12.5 r/min. Meanwhile the mixture of crude palm oil and water outflow from barrel holes. Crude oil will be flow in Temporary Storage oil tank through crude oil groove. Then oil will be pumped to Screening filter by oil pump. After filtering take out the oil foam, deposit impurities. Palm oil flow into Passivating oil tank. The fiber cake and nucleus are exhausted from clearance of cone head drop on Breaking cake auger.

4.1.4 Palm fruit oil presser, the material of main shaft is 40Cr steel, (Chemical component: C0.37~0.44%,Si0.17~0.37%,Mn0.50~0.80%,Cr0.80~1.10%) have been thermal refining, the material of worm and cone head is 45# Cast-Steel, and the surface have quenching treatment.

7. Palm kernel press of palm oil process plant :

4.2.1 From kernel storage tank, kernel be transported to crusher, to be granulate. then conveyed to flaking mill by elevator, granular kernel will be pressed into unified shape. after cooking, palm kernel will be pressed by screw press machine.

4.2.2 Screw press machine operating principle:

1>When oil press is on work, material enters the extruding chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards by the rotating pressing screw and is pressed.

2>Under high temperature condition in the chamber, there is quite strong friction among press screw, chamber and the oil materials.

3>On the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw carries larger from one end to the other.

4>Hence when rotating, the thread not only pushes particles moving forwards but also turns them outwards as well.

5>Meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw’s rotating, causing every particle inside the chamber to possess different speed.

6>Therefore, relative movement among particles creates neat which is necessary during manufacturing because of helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil’s elasticity, resulting in high oil.

1. Acid reaction process
Oil temperature can be adjusted by screw plate heat exchanger. When the temperature is heated to about 80℃, mixing about 85% food grade phosphoric acid into acid reaction tank for reacting. In the tank, most non-hydrated phospholipid transfer into hydrated phospholipid.

2. Neutralization process
In the neutral section, degummed oil with appropriate temperature and the appropriate concentration of alkali liquor, into the neutralization centrifugal mixer mixing, in order to achieve the effect of mixed, the mixture is then sent to neutralization tank for enough time, in this process, excessive alkali neutralization of free fatty acids and some phosphate form soapstock , after pumping oil soap mixture into heater oil heating to 85 ~ 90 ℃ in centrifuge separation oil - soap (or oil - glue). Oil soapstock of the separated (or foot) feet into the oil tank, and then to the salting out with soap pump tank isolated part of the oil.

3. Washing process
Neutral oil from separator, still contains about 500 ppm soap, in order to reduce the residual content of soap, oil is joined by about 10% of hot water, washed in the washing mixer, hot water will absorb oil soap and other impurities, then in the water separator are separated.
