1.Introduction

The extractionline is used to extract the oil in the cake. Our machine is suitable for various prepressed cake, such as sunflower seed cake, tea seed, groundnut, cottonseed, palm, rice bran,

soybean, corn and palm, etc.

Edible oil extraction machine, this is one part of the whole production line of edible oil. Using the compatibility of solvent and edible oil to extract mixed edible oil from oilseeds meal. Then separate solvent and crude edible oil by the difference of boilting point. Separating solvent and meal by steam in order to recycle the solvent.

2.The function of the main parts:

(1) solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor

(2).rotary-type extractor: the cakes are soaked in the extractor by the solvent, so that the oil in the

cake can be dissolved into the solvent.

(3). LD: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.

(4). miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , and then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.

(5). miscella tank 2nd: the purifyed miscella will be pumpee into it.

(6). raising film evaporations and stripping tower: used to seperate the solvent from the miscell.

(7). condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas seperated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
