1.The brief description of our oil seeds press production line:

We can provide different capacities oil seeds press production line, our hot sale capacity is 30-100 tons per day , but we also can supply smaller and larger capacities machines. Our press line can extract oil from various kinds of oil seeds, such as sesame, soybean, sunflower seeds, peanut, coconut,rapeseeds, Cotton seed

and so on. The oil residual is less than 6%.And cake thickness can be adjusted once the machine stop running.

Please note that : we not only supply the whole line , but also export the single part.

2.Oil press production line inckudes two parts: oil seeds pretreatment part and press part.

A.Pretreatment Equipments is used for pretreating the raw material include: shelling equipment, Separating equip-ment, Sieving equipments . Different oil seeds , pretreatment machines isa little different , we usually accord to the

customers' materials to collocate proper production lines.

B.Pressing parts include Crusher, Flaking macine,Cooker ,oil press equipements. After getting the crude oil, using

the clarifying tankto cleaning the oil residuals.

3.Main parts of the peanut oil producing macine:

A.Magnetic drum: It is making using of the magnetic power to remove the metal impurities, such as the iron nail and small steel , it can avoid these impurities to destroy the machines in follow steps.

B.Cleaning sieves:There is some mud, leaves and other pellets in the sunlfower seed, we need to using the cleaning sieve to remove them . The frequency movement can improve the efficiency of cleaning, the light dust is removed by the suction system.The processig capacity is large, it is usually adopted by the middle and large scale oil factory.

C. Teeth roll sheller unit: it is making using of the movement power of a pair of toothed roller to break the shells of the oil seeds .Why we need must move the shells? Because there is very littel oil content in the shells , if we don't remove it , it will absorb away the oil from the kernel.

D. Kernel and shells separating sieve: After removing the shells, we need to separating the shells , general speaking ,the residual of the shells is less than 2%. It is the follow step of removing shells.

E.Crusher: It is used for crush the big size kernel to several pieces by external power . About the soybean , peanut lernel , beforing processing , the curshing processing section is required , because it is good for flaking in flollow process.

F.Flaking: It is the process of making use of the mechanical action to flake the kernel into flakiness. After flaking,

the materials is becoming thiner thank before, it is good for absorb moisture and heat in cooking process , and it is much easier for getting oil in the oil press process.

G.Cooking: It is an important step in oil extarcting process. The main function of this part is wetting , heating, coo-king and drying the the flakiness, the effectiveness of the cooking will affect on the oil out rate and the quality of the meal.

H. Oil press machine: it is the most important part in the press production line. The main purpose is press the oil out from the peanut . It is composed by the main body , pressing worm , pressing ring , cage bar and others . The internal structures of the press machine can affect the oil rate.

I.Vibrating filter: It is mianly composed by the casing , plate type mesh and vibrating shaft. After getting the crudeoil , there is some oil residual in the crude oil , you need to filter it to get cleaning oil . The oil residual will be left on the surface of the mesh , aftering filtering, you need to turn on the motor , when the vibrating shaft is vibrating , the impurities will fall. The mesh is made of the SS .
